Beautiful waterfront of Puerto Montt. The room was modern and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location next to the bus terminal felt unsafe at night, a notable downside.

Modern and fairly clean place, professional staff. Perfect and decent sized units with TV, a great view, for example. The best location in walking distance to the ferry, next door to Navimag. Close to supermarket, the bus station and pedestrian walkway along the port front, and bus terminal and tourist information kiosks...

Appreciated stylish and decent sized room, bed was good. Plus we had central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. We had large breakfast plus excellent service. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. Location: the hotel was not far from bus terminal and tourist information kiosks, and public transport to the airport...

Food quality in the restaurant lacked variety and value for money!!! Enhancing English communication among staff would significantly help non-Spanish speaking guests!!! A fitted tea kettle in the room would elevate the experience!!!

The noise from the bus terminal is noticeable at times, and the absence of parking options can be inconvenient. While the staff was friendly, some English communication barriers were evident. The peaceful sea views did provide a lovely respite.
